The 2 track release ‘In the Jungle EP’ is a Showcase of Bubz eclectic approach to production. With ephemeral vocal samples layered on top of hypnotic drums and soothing keys the unquestionable central groove present throughout the Title track ‘In The Jungle’ is bound to take the listener to their happy place. Whilst ‘Casa De Fuego’ is a pensive dubby stepper reminiscent of Carnivals gone-by. As a taster of what is to come this two track EP shows that 2020 looks to be an exciting year for the secretive London-based producer.

Bio

At 26 Bubz’s CV as a DJ has seen him play internationally in Barcelona & Toronto and across the UK for sold out crowds in Birmingham, Leeds, Bristol & Wales. Be it selecting for Artists such as General Levy, Kele le Roc & Dawn Penn or warming up for an array of Headliners across a number of genres, including Goldie , Macka B , Calibre or MJ Cole to name just a few, what is certain is that Bubz is a Talented musician with who has worked to tune his ear to variety & quality without boxing himself within any particular tempo-range or style.

For the best part of 5 years Bubz has torn up Dances spinning a mix of old and new, modern remixes of world and Latin music infused with Dancehall and UK dance/underground music. The big secret has been that all this time he has been honing his production prowess. Working from a large vault of samples and his own original compositions Bubz produces a range of styles ranging from World dance music to Hip-Hop and more downtempo beat work. 2020 sees him finally letting the product of his years of graft into the wild.
